What the weekend price covers, and what it does not

Both lists are fixed for every published departure. Optional items are named in the right-hand column with their own price, so nothing appears on the invoice as a surprise.

Return coach travel
Friday departure and Sunday return, one seat per traveller.
Two nights' accommodation
Twin room in a guest house on the route.
Breakfast each morning
Served at the guest house, 07:30 to 08:30.
Route guide
Licensed guide with the group from Friday to Sunday.
Entry to listed stops
Tickets for every stop named in the timetable.
Local transfers
Minibus between the guest house and each trailhead.

Not included

Optional Skole museum entry
UAH 90 per person, paid at the door.
Lunches and dinners
Roughly UAH 250 to 400 per meal, paid directly.
Single room supplement
UAH 700 for the weekend, subject to availability.
Personal travel insurance
Arrange before departure. It is not sold on board.
Extra transfers
Any stop not listed in the published timetable.
Alcohol and souvenirs
Bought directly from local sellers along the route.

    The van left Kyiv at 21:40 on Friday and we were walking before 07:00. The times on the itinerary matched minute for minute, so the change in Ivano-Frankivsk was easy to plan around.

    Guiding was strong and the Saturday ridge walk was the best part of the month for me. The guesthouse heating did not come on until 21:00, which was noted on the booking confirmation but still felt late after a wet day.
