Terms of Service

This website, twizlow.com (the "Website"), is operated by PE twizlow.com, EDRPOU 70520530, 15 Shevchenka Avenue, Business Center 'Dnipro', Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Website.

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Service Nature

We provide an online platform for travel enquiries. We are not a tour operator and do not sell travel services directly. Services are provided by licensed tour operators under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' and Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity'. License details are in the operator's offer.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when you confirm a booking with the operator and pay the price.

3. Consumer Rights & Disputes

Your rights are protected under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Rights Protection'. You may use out-of-court dispute resolution and appeal to the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Contact us first at contact@twizlow.com.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

Refund and cancellation rules are set by the tour operator in its public offer, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'. Review them before booking.

5. Advertising

Advertising is truthful and not misleading, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'. Service and price information comes from operators; confirm details with them.

6. Personal Data & Cookies

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. Cookies are used only with your informed consent; see our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for travel services provided by operators or for their information. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero for enquiries.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are subject to Ukrainian courts, without prejudice to your consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page.
